Usage Rules and Regulations Effective Date: 2/2/2025
1. Booking and Reservations
1.1 General Booking Rules
- All members must book workspaces, sleeping pods, or Dedicated Desk spaces in advance via [website/phone call/WhatsApp].
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment is received (kindly send proof of payment after you have completed and submitted the Membership Form).
- Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties.
1.2 Work Spaces & Sleep Pods
- Sleep Pods (lodging) can be booked in increments of 1 week minimum. Sleeping pods are only available on pre-booking to weekly/ monthly subscribers
- Members exceeding their reserved time will be charged for the extra duration.
- Any damage to the room/ furniture, or equipment during use will be the responsibility of the member/ subscriber.
- Members are not allowed visitors within the premises.
- Lodging members are expected to vacate the premises one day weekly for maintenance purposes.
2. Payments and Refunds
2.1 Payment Policy
- All payments for memberships, bookings, and services must be made in advance.
- Accepted payment methods include [cash and bank transfers].
- Recurring memberships are billed on a [weekly/monthly] basis. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
2.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a booked date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- No-shows for bookings will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Use of Workspace Amenities
3.1 General Usage Rules
- All members are expected to use the workspace and amenities responsibly and respectfully.
- Noise levels should be kept minimal, and personal phone calls should be made in designated areas.
- Members must clean up after themselves and dispose of waste properly.
- Members are expected to be within the facility by 9 pm latest for those working odd hours.
- Members should not exit the facility at odd hours without notifying the manager or security personnel.
- Members are prohibited from operating the air conditioning and other general facilities like routers, network switches, etc. without the consent of the Facility Manager.
- No smoking and use of prohibited substances are banned (could lead to termination of membership).
- Please do not pick on the security personnel or the staff; if there is any misconduct, kindly report it to management.
- No quarreling or fighting within the premises (all domestic issues must be resolved amicably).
3.2 Internet & IT Services
- High-speed Fiber internet is provided for work purposes only; excessive streaming or downloading may be restricted.
- Devices other than your work PC may not be given access to the internet.
- Members are prohibited from engaging in any illegal or unethical online activities (such activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities).
3.3 Office Supplies
- Supplies provided by the workspace (pens, notepads, etc.) are for shared use and should not be removed.
3.4 Kitchen & Refreshments
- Kitchen facilities, including a water kettle, refrigerator, and microwave, are available for all members.
- Members must wash and return dishes/cups after use.
- Food should be stored in designated areas, and perishable items should be labeled and removed when expired.
4. Code of Conduct
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Members should respect others’ privacy, property, and workspaces.
- Violation of these rules may result in warnings, fines, or termination of membership.
5. Non-Compete Agreement
5.1 Restriction on Competing Businesses
- Members agree not to establish, promote, or operate a competing co-working space within a 1 km radius of Creed Urban Co-Working Space during their active membership and for a period of 12 months after termination of membership.
5.2 Protection of Business Interests
- Members shall not use the facilities, community, or resources of Creed Urban Co-Working Space to recruit clients, staff, or business contacts for a competing business.
- Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.
5.3 Exemptions
- This clause does not restrict general freelancing, remote work, or businesses unrelated to co-working space services.
6. Liability & Security
- The co-working space is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members should secure their belongings.
- CCTV cameras may be in place for security purposes.
- Any damage to property caused by a member must be reported and compensated for.
7. Amendments & Compliance
- These rules and regulations are subject to change at the management’s discretion. Members will be notified of any updates.
