Walk-in Subscriptions

Grab any desk in the common area — 5-6 days/week. Bring your device, pick a seat, and get to work. Also includes:
- Weekend work except Sunday (must inform us 24hrs before for Saturday work)
- High Speed Internet

- Sleep pod is out of bounds
Residential Subscriptions

Sleep pods are only available on a first-come basis. Weekly & Monthly Subscribers will be given preference.
New prices are effective from the 1st of January, 2026

Sleep Pod Rules
- Visitors are not allowed
- No pets allowed
- Taking care of the facility andf equipment are a collective responsibility of every resident
- Do not operate equipment without consent of the manager
- Please ensure that payments are made before the expiry of your subscription, as the service may be discontinued. Late payments shall attract a fine.
- All residents are expected to respect one another's personal space and refrain from causing disturbance to other members, especially during work hours.
- Please keep your belongings safe as this is a shared space. We will not be held liable for missing or damaged property.
